Don Casey joined Leavitt Capital Management as a Research Analyst in May of 2008.  Mr. Casey’s responsibilities include sourcing and due diligence on hedge funds. He covers a wide variety of hedge fund strategies that include domestic long/short funds, emerging markets, MLPs, and options/arbitrage funds. In addition to hedge funds, he also covers a number of private equity investments.

Prior to joining Leavitt Capital Management, Mr. Casey was an M&A Financial Analyst at Cook Associates. Previous to that, Mr. Casey was an Investment Research Analyst in the Fixed Income division at ABN AMRO and before that, he was a Financial Analyst at LaSalle Bank in Chicago.

Mr. Casey holds a B.A. degree in Finance from St. Xavier University, an M.B.A. from DePaul University and is a CFA Charterholder.
